Welcome to HyperEarning. By accessing this website or downloading and using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration details (Name, phone number, email) to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password.

2. Account Activation

A nominal, one-time payment of ₹99 is required to activate premium earning tools. This fee covers administrative, bandwidth, and API routing services and is strictly non-refundable.

3. Earning Tasks & Usage Guidelines

You agree to perform earning tasks in accordance with these rules:

• You must not use automated bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to farm coins.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Payouts & Minimum Withdrawals

Payouts can be requested via Bank transfer or UPI once you reach the minimum threshold of ₹700. All withdrawals are reviewed and processed by our administrator. Payout times may vary, but are typically handled within 24-48 business hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

HyperEarning will not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising out of your use of the application or website, including network or server latency.
